Reiki is universal life force energy-- a high-frequency healing energy, also known as chi, ki or prana.

Reiki works on four-levels: the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical body.

Learning Reiki is not just for professional healers and intuitive hippies.

Reiki is a tool for self-connection and self-empowerment. It is an energy balancing practice of gentle yet powerful profound change.

*Note: some classes are split into a two-day training, while others are a full 8-hour day.
