Money Energy: What Are You Actually Available to Receive?

Money has an energy around it.

Not because cash is magical on its own, but because we attach emotion, identity, safety, fear, pressure, possibility and meaning to it.

For some people, money feels expansive.

For others, it feels heavy.

For some, receiving more money creates excitement.

For others, it creates guilt, anxiety or the immediate urge to spend it, hide it, downplay it or convince themselves they do not deserve it.

That is where money energy gets interesting.

Your relationship with money shows up before the money does

Money energy can influence how you think about:

your worth;

what you believe is possible;

how comfortable you are receiving;

whether you expect struggle;

how quickly you dismiss opportunities;

and whether more money feels safe or threatening.

You can say you want more money while simultaneously holding beliefs such as:

“I have to work harder to earn more.”

“People with money are selfish.”

“I shouldn’t want too much.”

“I should just be grateful for what I have.”

“If I make more, people will expect more from me.”

“I don’t want anyone to think I’m greedy.”

That creates an energetic tug-of-war.

One part of you wants expansion.

Another part is quietly pressing the brakes.

Your relationships can affect your money energy too

The people around us can influence how much energy, confidence, time and capacity we have available to pursue opportunities, build something new or simply make clear financial decisions.

Some relationships feel supportive and expansive.

Others can leave us depleted, distracted, overextended or constantly putting out emotional fires.

That does not mean another person is magically controlling your bank account.

It means your relationships can affect the resources behind your money: your energy, focus, confidence, boundaries, time and willingness to take action.

The same is true of different seasons of life.

There are seasons where you are building.

Seasons where you are recovering.

Seasons where you are caregiving, parenting, grieving, changing careers, rebuilding finances or simply trying to keep your head above water.

Your capacity may look different in each season, and that matters.

Your core beliefs travel through all of it too.

Beliefs about scarcity, security, independence, success, deservingness, responsibility and what money “means” can influence the choices you make long before money ever reaches your account.

Sometimes the money work is not just about earning more.

It is about noticing what is draining you, what is supporting you, what season you are actually in, and which beliefs are still quietly running the show.

Money energy is not just manifestation

Money work is not about pretending financial stress does not exist or repeating affirmations until your bank account gets the memo.

It is about noticing the patterns underneath how you relate to money.

Can you receive without guilt?

Can you ask for more?

Can you hold onto money without immediately feeling pressure to use it?

Can you see opportunities without automatically deciding they are not for you?

Can you believe that earning more does not have to require sacrificing your entire life?

The energetic work is often about expanding what feels normal and safe for you.

And this applies whether you work for someone, work for yourself, or do both

Money energy does not care which box you check.

You can work a 9–5 and still be deeply ambitious.

You can have a career and a business.

You can love the stability, structure, benefits or experience your job gives you while also building something of your own.

You do not have to quit your job to prove that you believe in your business.

And you do not have to downplay your business to prove that you are committed to your career.

Sometimes your 9–5 funds the dream.

Sometimes your business gives you a creative or financial outlet your job does not.

Sometimes both grow at the same time.

Sometimes one eventually becomes bigger than the other.

There is no single correct version of success.

If you are employed, your money energy may show up in whether you:

apply for the higher-paying role;

negotiate your salary;

speak confidently about your experience;

ask for the promotion;

take on opportunities that stretch you;

or believe you belong in rooms where more money and responsibility are available.

If you are self-employed, it may show up through:

pricing;

selling;

visibility;

asking clients to invest;

raising your rates;

following up;

trusting your offer;

or allowing your business to become more successful than you are currently comfortable with.

And if you do both, you may notice money patterns in both worlds at once.

Maybe you are confident negotiating your salary but terrified to raise your business prices.

Maybe you confidently sell your services but hesitate to apply for the promotion.

Maybe one income stream feels “real” while the other still feels like something you need permission to take seriously.

Different environments.

Same relationship with receiving.

A money-energy check-in

Ask yourself:

What does having more money represent to me?

Freedom?

Pressure?

Safety?

Responsibility?

Power?

Judgment?

Choice?

Then ask:

What part of me wants more, and what part of me is afraid of what “more” might change?

Which relationships leave me feeling supported and expansive, and which ones consistently drain my capacity?

What season of life am I actually in right now, and am I expecting myself to operate as though I am in a completely different one?

What core belief about money might still be influencing my choices?

And one more:

Am I allowing myself to create income in the way that actually works for my life, or am I trying to follow someone else’s definition of success?

That question matters.

Because sometimes the next financial shift is not quitting your job.

It is asking for more within it.

Sometimes it is not going all-in on a business.

It is giving your business enough consistent attention to actually grow.

Sometimes it is strengthening a boundary.

Sometimes it is leaving a draining pattern behind.

Sometimes it is allowing yourself to slow down during one season so you have the capacity to expand in the next.

And sometimes it is both career and business.

Money does not have to arrive through one doorway.

Your relationship with money comes with you

Whether money arrives through a salary, clients, customers, a side business, a promotion, a new income stream or an unexpected opportunity, your relationship with money comes with you.

The patterns come with you.

The confidence comes with you.

The fear comes with you.

The relationships around you affect your capacity.

Your current season affects your capacity.

Your core beliefs influence what you pursue, accept, reject and expect.

And all of that can change.

Come grow with me

I am expanding my online communities because I want to connect with and support as many people as possible who are navigating growth, healing, money, confidence, business, career changes and whatever their next chapter looks like.

I currently have two Skool communities, each with a slightly different focus.

The Unbecoming Circle is for the inner work: identity shifts, healing, patterns, intuition, boundaries, relationships, growth and becoming more of who you actually are.

The Energypreneur is for the business and money side: confidence, visibility, offers, strategy, selling, growth and the energetic patterns that influence how you show up around your work and income.

And yes, The Energypreneur is still for you if you have a 9–5.

You can be employed and entrepreneurial.

You can be building a career and building a business.

You can want security and expansion.

You do not have to choose an identity before you are ready.

If one community speaks to your personal growth and the other speaks to your career, business or money goals, explore both and see what feels aligned.

The first 100 founding members get FREE access!

Click here to navigate to the Skool community that feels right for you.

I hope this helps you better understand your mind-body connection.

Until I post again,

Tabby xx
