We talk a lot about manifestation and mindset around here.

But what happens when your affirmations are strong…

your intentions are clear…

and your body is still screaming?

And your body? Your body follows the mind and thus we can experience dis/ease of energy.

She’s not sabotaging you.

She’s trying to talk to you.

It’s the portal. The key to your ability to heal yourself.

The migraine— stress.

The jaw tension—not speaking your truth.

The burning shoulders—- bearing too many responsibilities.

The stomach knots— intuition and inner conflict with personal power.

Irregular, crampy or heavy periods— your sacral is screaming to get your attention 🚩

Your symptoms are not just medical.


They’re metaphysical.

A redirection if you will.

This world is not just what we see with our eyes. Its what we embody with our whole being.

Dis/ease shows up where your no’s got swallowed.

Where your grief got tucked into tissues, ligaments, bones and facial connections. Your blood. Brain. Organs.

Where your trauma pulled the body into protection-mode—and forgot how to come back out.

You’re not “too sensitive.”

You’re just too energetically full.

Where energy gets stuck, pain speaks up.

Ever notice how the same aspects of your health flare up when:

  • You overcommit?
  • You dim your truth?
  • You’re in the wrong relationship, job or both?
  • You put everyone else’s comfort above your nervous system?

Or this one:


You get sick right before something important—

A big meeting.

A presentation.

A launch.

A first date.

A moment where you’re finally seen.

That’s not bad luck.

That’s your nervous system short-circuiting your expansion—because somewhere inside, it doesn’t feel safe to be visible, successful, or chosen.

Your body pulls the emergency brake not because it’s against you, but because it’s still running old programming:

“If I’m seen, I’ll be judged.”

“If I shine, I’ll be left behind.”

“If I succeed, I’ll burn out.”

When youre sick; what do you do?

Retreat.

That’s not sabotage—it’s protection.

But protection isn’t needed when safety is embodied.

That’s where the real work begins.

So what do we do?

We don’t numb it.


We meet it.

We get curious.

We soften.

We ask:

“What is this tension trying to say?”

“Where am I holding on… out of fear?”

“Where does my body want to exhale?”

We bring in:

  • Breathwork to reintroduce safety
  • Movement to shake out stuck stories
  • Sound to vibrate truth through cells
  • Stillness to feel without fixing

And we begin to trust that every pain pattern is an invitation to become more you.

Realignment is real.

You don’t need a new affirmation—you need a nervous system that believes it’s safe to receive.

You don’t need to push harder—you need to let what’s no longer aligned leave your tissues.

Because you’re not manifesting from your mind.


You’re manifesting from your field.

And your field starts in the body.

Your body is not betraying you.

She is translating and transmuting energy.

She is holding ancient stories that are finally ready to release.

Your grandmothers did not suffer so that you could suffer.


Your body is asking—begging—for a softer way forward.

Next time the pain flares, try this:

  1. Place your hand over the area.
  2. Say out loud: “I hear you. I’m listening now.”
  3. Breathe deeply into the spot. Not to fix—but to connect.
  4. Ask: “What emotion wants to be honored here?”

Then move.

Write.

Cry.

Shake. Twerk.

Scream into a pillow. Silent scream. Fuck- scream out loud in your car!


Rest.

Do whatever lets the energy complete its cycle.


You’re not broken.

You’re breaking through.

And your body?

She’s the most loyal truth-teller you’ve ever had.
